One Bangkok, an incorporated development situated in the Bangkok Central Business District, is scheduled to launch its entry ways to the general public on Oct 25. The property is built by TCC Assets, a branch of Thai conglomerate TCC Group, and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), a unit following Singapore-listed Frasers Property. Frasers Property is also an affiliate of TCC Group.

The masterplan for One Bangkok was developed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural company behind popular high-rise buildings like as New york city’s One World Trade Centre and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.

3 of the business office towers at the development are already operational, with renters involving international business such as Baker McKenzie, Estee Lauder Firms, and BMW Team Thailand. The retail services are spread out across three interconnected shopping centers, of which 2 will open on Oct 25.

“Designing One Bangkok surpasses developing buildings– we’ve made an ecosystem where the natural world is fundamental to the experience. The environment-friendly rooms are not an afterthought; they move perfectly through the property development, improving wellness and cultivating a much deeper connection in between people and the city,” claims Scott Duncan, design affiliate at SOM.

The property development additionally features over 215,278 sq ft of interior and outside event areas, together with a 2km “Art Loop” that features artworks and some other installations.
