Fraser Property’s landmark integrated development One Bangkok to open doors on Oct 25
According to the builders, One Bangkok has a financial investment worth of US$ 3.2 billion ($4.17 billion), making it among Thailand’s largest private sector developments. Taking up a land area of 17ha, it involves five office towers, three housing towers and 8ha of greenery. It also has numerous retail areas and 5 lodgings, comprising of Bangkok’s primary Ritz-Carlton and Andaz estates.

3 of the business office towers at the development are already operational, with renters involving international business such as Baker McKenzie, Estee Lauder Firms, and BMW Team Thailand. The retail services are spread out across three interconnected shopping centers, of which 2 will open on Oct 25.
