Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties
The confirmings for the 3 brand-new hotels are the most up to date in Accor’s long-established alliance with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, both of these of which are owned and operate by Koh Wee Meng, director of Fragrance Group.

The other estate, situated at Waterloo Street, are going to be the location of a new resort under the Handwritten Collection Brand. The 502-key estate is the 2nd in Singapore under the Handwritten Collection brand name, adhering to the release of Hotel Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.
The collaboration currently has a collection of 17 hotels in Singapore, 5 in Australia and three in the UK. The hotels are under brand names like MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.

Multinational hospitality competitor Accor has inked a contract with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels to open up 2 new-build real properties that will house three hotels. All three resorts will be open up by 2027.
Amongst the 2 new properties is located at Hoe Chiang Road. It will house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the largest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific area. It is going to also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key holiday accommodation focused at travellers looking for extended visits.
