GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; Luxury Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Ideal Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
Martin Modern, a high-class condominium by mainboard-listed real property developer GuocoLand, was named World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
The project has already declared many other top real estate and layout honors.
The International Realty Federation, knowing the significance of architectural brilliance, sustainability, neighborhood activity, and honest industry practices, has granted GuocoLand for its commitment to these prices in the property development of Martin Modern.
The property additionally earned four significant honors at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Quality Citation in 2018 in the unfinished projects group, consisting of Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
Martin Modern was made by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s layout was attributed for its lush botanic garden setting, complemented by a tough artistic motivated at the adjoining riverside sanctuary.
