Link REIT appoints former BlackRock Asia Pacific real estate head John Saunders group CIO
He signed up with BlackRock through its merger with MGPA in 2013 as soon as he was the firm’s chief executive officer of Asia and the portfolio manager of their Asian Property Funds collection. Prior to signing up with MGPA, he worked for CLSA between 1999 and 2007, running their regional real estate research study attempt and was useful in starting their Asian Real estate Fund in which he acted as an investment committee member.
Units in Link REIT finalized unchanged at HK$ 42.55 ($7.25) on the HKEX on Dec 20.
Prior to that, he worked at Hongkong Land from 1994 to 1998 wherein he was engaged with the innovation and leasing of a number of landmark assignments in Singapore and some other Asian states.

Hong-Kong noted Link REIT has recently revealed the appointment of BlackRock’s past Asia Pacific real estate chief John Saunders as team chief investment officer (CIO) in the freshly created duty.
