Stores will include “new-to-market labels, statement stores, together with reimagined store structures”. Support tenants such as Golden Screen Cinemas, Japanese chain store Seibu, and Hong Kong’s Dairy Farm Group. There will also be 100 eating outlets.
Wilson adds that occupancy levels at The Exchange TRC are “well ahead of market ratios”. “Our company believe the diverse retail mix enhanced by vibrant leisure and entertainment activations will function as a bottom line of differentiation and will drive viewers to linger longer and make continued tours.”
The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre rooftop public-activated recreation area. Called TRX City Park, it is made by Lendlease in collaboration with landscaping designers Oculus & Pentago. It definitely will include kids’s play areas, water features, as well as shaded enclaves. It is going to also work as a venue to host fairs including events.
